Linear Bearings inside Aluminum Housings
Simplicity® Linear Bearing Square Flange Mounts combine a sturdy aluminum flanged mount with a self-aligning Simplicity® plain linear bearing inserted into the bore. The square flange provides a secure mounting surface, while the inserted bearing features a self-lubricating Frelon® liner, with FrelonGOLD® standard for maintenance-free operation, vibration dampening, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -400°F to 400°F (-240°C to 204°C).
The patented self-aligning bearing design helps compensate for application misalignment, reducing binding when shafts, mounting surfaces, or machine frames are not perfectly aligned. With static load capacities up to 10,830 lb, these flange mount plain linear bearings are built for industrial applications that require precision, durability, and low maintenance.
Optional liner materials include Frelon®J for corrosive chemical resistance and Frelon®W for FDA-compliant applications.
