Linear Support Rail and Shaft Assembly, a one-piece integrated shaft and support rail made of lightweight ceramic-coated aluminum, matching traditional shaft and rail dimensions. These assemblies are ideal for open-shelled self-lubricating Simplicity plain linear bearings. Available in inch sizes (0.5 to 2 inches) with a 10-foot maximum length. Solid or pre-drilled versions are available for design flexibility. As an economical alternative to steel, these linear shaft/rail assemblies excel in washdown environments and contaminated applications. The coating is optimized for FrelonGOLD® liners, RC70 hardness, and corrosion resistance.
