Round Flanged Linear Ball Bearings - Double Sized, Center Mount
Ways to Order
Double-sized center flanged linear ball bearings combine the compact mounting advantages of a round flange with the higher load capacity of a twin bearing format. The round flange rotates easily into position, fits into tighter spaces without corner interference, and distributes mounting stress evenly around the circular flange. The center-mount helps balance support across the bearing body, making it useful for layouts where loads may act from either side of the mounting plate. PBC Linear® twin center flanged linear ball bearings feature a heat-treated alloy steel shell, steel balls, quiet polymer cage, double seals, and low-friction recirculating ball motion. Available in ISO Metric and JIS Metric sizing with ID sizes from 8 mm to 50 mm and 1" and 2" sizes, they support multi-directional loading and can outperform plain bearings in cantilevered applications where overhung loads and offset drive forces may trigger the restrictive 2:1 binding rule for plain bearings.
