Belt-driven linear actuator with a 1000mm body length, 55mm x 55mm base profile, and one carriage supported by two external recirculating ball profile rail guides for high rigidity and load support. This MTS Series actuator uses a steel-reinforced timing belt with adjustable tensioning and a 12mm female drive shaft for motor or gearbox integration. Compared with MTB actuators, which use a single profile rail guide, and MTE actuators, which use one internal and one external guide, the MTS design uses two external profile rail guides for higher load capacity, increased moment resistance, and stronger carriage stability. A stainless steel strip seals along magnetic strips to help prevent contamination, while precision extrusions provide flat and perpendicular surfaces for accurate installation.
