Belt-driven linear actuator with a 2500mm body length, 80mm x 80mm base profile, and one carriage supported by two external recirculating ball profile rail guides for maximum rigidity and load support within the MT actuator family. This MTS Series actuator uses a steel-reinforced timing belt with adjustable tensioning and a 19mm left male drive shaft for motor or gearbox integration. Compared with MTB actuators, which use a single profile rail guide, and MTE actuators, which use one internal and one external guide, the MTS design uses two external profile rail guides for higher load capacity, increased moment resistance, and stronger carriage stability. A stainless steel strip seals along magnetic strips to help prevent contamination, while precision extrusions provide flat and perpendicular surfaces for accurate installation.
