IVTABK V-Wheel Linear Guides

IVTABK V-Wheel Linear Guides feature a structural v-rail and roller carriage with the tallest combined height in the Integral-V family, making them well suited for large-format applications and heavy loads. The rail serves as both a structural member and a linear guide, while the separately sold 200mm-long and 260mm wide v-wheel carriage provides a mounting platform for equipment and assemblies. Precision-qualified edges eliminate tolerance stack-up for high accuracy and quick alignment. The precision-machined, anodized aluminum rail combines lightweight strength with embedded hardened 420 stainless steel V-races, reducing mounting components by up to 50%. SIMO® machining qualifies rail surfaces within .002" for precise mounting and alignment on all critical sides. Sealed, lubricated-for-life v-wheel rollers deliver smooth, quiet, repeatable motion with minimal maintenance, and continuous rail lengths reach 3,650mm (143.7 in).
