IVTABK V-Wheel Linear Guide

IVTABK v-wheel linear guides feature a combination of roller carriages and rails, achieving the tallest total height in the IVT family, making them ideal for large format applications and heavy loads. Crafted from precision-machined anodized aluminum, the linear rail incorporates hardened embedded 420 stainless steel raceways, reducing the need for mounting components by up to 50%. The SIMO® technology ensures that rail surfaces are machined to precision within .002", while the optimized extrusion design provides a robust structural member capable of high load capacities. With accurate and repeatable performance, these linear guides operate smoothly and quietly, and the carriages are equipped with sealed, lubricated-for-life v-wheel rollers. Each carriage measures 200 mm (7.87 in) in length, and the continuous rail lengths extend up to 3,650 mm (143.7 in).
