Ground Ball Screws – Square Nut
Square nut ground ball screws pair a precision-ground ball screw shaft with a ball nut in a compact square body, rather than a round flanged body. The square profile is well suited to applications with tight housing envelopes or where the nut mounts directly into a matching square bore, simplifying alignment and reducing the overall footprint of the assembly.
This collection is available in 6 mm and 8 mm screw diameters with a 1 mm lead, with dynamic load ratings of 560 N and 650 N and static load ratings of 950 N and 1,300 N. Screws are available in Grade 5 and Grade 3 accuracy classes, with Grade 3 offering tighter lead accuracy for applications where positioning precision is critical.
These ground ball screws are available in overall lengths ranging from 90 mm to 160 mm to fit a variety of travel requirements.
