Square Flanged Linear Ball Bearings - Double Sized, End Mount

Twin-sized linear ball bearings with a robust square flange at one end to fasten to structures and machinery, providing enhanced shaft support, precise alignment, and superior load capacity, while also being less likely to collect dust and debris. Size-interchangeable with plain bearings, these flanged ball bearings feature a heat-treated alloy steel shell, steel balls, and a resin polymer cage for smooth, accurate, low-friction motion and quieter operation. Double seals help extend service life. Offered in Metric and JIS sizing with ID sizes from 8 mm to 50 mm and Inch sizes from 3/8" to 2", they deliver static load capacities up to 15,900 N (3,500 lb), dynamic load capacities up to 6,000 N (1,300 lb), and static moment capacities up to 399 Nm (290 ft-lb). With reliable performance from -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to 80°C), these bearings offer higher-speed operation and better performance under cantilevered loads, compared with plain bearings, which are subject to the 2:1 binding rule.
