Double Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks

Double Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks (DPB) have two sets of 3 opposing roller bearings while maintaining the standard size of a Single Roller Pillow Block (SPB), which has one set. In contrast, Twin Roller Pillow Blocks (TWN) feature two sets of 3 opposing rollers but are double the size, resembling two SPBs fused together. Double Roller Pillow Blocks provide twice the dynamic load rating in the same footprint.

  • Use a floating "F" part number for each opposing normal part number block on a parallel shaft. F-DPB pillow blocks offer flexibility for imperfect alignments
  • Optional scrapers mounted on each end made of spring-tempered beryllium copper 
  • Optional Top Grease Lubrication Port
  • Double the load capacity of a Single Roller Bearing (SPB)
  • A set of opposing roller bearings consists of 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller (to account for any misalignment) and a top support roller
  • FUBK Series replacement kits provide 1 new roller for each of the 3 rollers in a set. Order two replacement kits for the 2 sets of this product's 3 opposing roller bearings
