Each roller set includes 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller for alignment adjustment, and 1 top support roller. This gives DPB pillow blocks twice the dynamic load capacity of an SPB in the same footprint, while Twin Roller Pillow Blocks (TWN) also use two sets of 3 opposing rollers but in an extended housing equivalent to two SPBs joined together. For imperfect parallel shaft alignment, use a floating “F” part number, such as an F-DPB pillow block, opposite each normal part number block. Optional spring-tempered beryllium copper scrapers can be mounted on each end to help clear debris, and an optional top grease lubrication port is available for easier maintenance. FUBK Series replacement kits provide 1 new roller for each of the 3 rollers in a set, so order two replacement kits for DPB products with two roller sets.
