Plain Linear Pillow Block Bearing PMN30C 30mm Open-Shell, Self-Aligning, Compensated ID

Plain linear bearing pillow block, open, with a 30mm compensated ID. This self-aligning, mountable, standard-sized pillow block features an inserted open-shelled Simplicity® plain bearing within an aluminum alloy housing. The self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner provides oil-free, maintenance-free motion in harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, dirt, contamination, vibration, and shock loads. The self-aligning design compensates for up to 1/2° of misalignment in all directions, helping to reduce binding from slight shaft deflection or misalignment between parallel shafts. Four pre-positioned mounting holes allow direct fastening to machinery or support structures.

  • Valuable when downtime costs far more than the bearing itself
  • Compensated running clearance: 0.0015" per side
  • Open shell gives clearance for rail-supported shafts and profiled rails
  • Self-aligning compensates for up to 1/2° of misalignment in all directions
  • Self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner for oil-free operation in harsh conditions
  • Optional liners: chemical-resistant Frelon®J and FDA-compliant Frelon®W
  • Anodized aluminum bearing shell with aluminum alloy housing
  • Temperature rating: -400°F/+400°F or -240°C/+204°C
  • Four pre-positioned mounting holes for standard pillow block installation
  • ISO Metric sizing - The inch series has P and PW part numbers
