Linear Ball Bearing Square Flange JPK08GW 8mm JIS Metric, Double Wide, End Mount

Twin linear ball bearing with JIS 8mm ID, square flanged end-mount housing, heat-treated alloy steel shell, quiet resin retainer polymer cage, and double seals included as standard. Built to Japanese Industrial Standards, the recirculating ball design provides low-friction, high-speed linear motion and can outperform plain bearings in cantilevered applications where overhung loads and offset drive forces may trigger the restrictive 2:1 binding rule for plain bearings. The double-size design is equivalent to two standard linear ball bearings mounted back to back, allowing it to handle more load. The square flange allows secure mounting to a machine frame or plate. For best performance, use in applications where routine maintenance and clean operating conditions can be maintained.

  • JIS Metric (Japanese Industrial Standards) for various machines made in Asia
  • Double size is the equivalent of two standard-sized bearings mounted back to back
  • Temperature Range: -4/+176°F (-20/+80°C)
  • Size interchangeable with industry standards and our Simplicity plain linear bearings
  • Low Coefficient of Friction: Ensures smooth operation
  • Heat Treated Alloy Steel Shell: Provides durability
  • Resin Retainer Polymer Cage: Reduces noise
  • Double Seals: Included as standard at no additional cost
