Twin Linear Ball Bearing Pillow Block IPPSW16G 1.00″ Closed - Self Aligning Precision Plus
Twin linear ball bearing pillow block, closed shelled, with two 1" Precision Plus® self-aligning bearings mounted back to back inside an aluminum alloy housing. The self-aligning design uses floating internal raceway elements that can shift slightly to accommodate minor shaft and housing misalignment while maintaining smooth rolling contact. The twin bearing arrangement provides a longer bearing span for improved load support and stability. Linear ball bearings are well suited to cantilevered and overhung-load applications because they can tolerate offset drive forces without the same 2:1 binding limitation that applies to plain linear bearings. Two grease zerk fittings provide convenient lubrication access. Heat-treated alloy steel bearing components, recirculating hardened steel balls, and resin retainer polymer cages support smooth, low-friction motion with reduced operating noise. Double seals are delivered at no extra cost.
