V-Rails for V-Wheel Sizes 1-4 | V-Groove Linear Rails

V-groove linear rails (v-rails) from the V-Guide series are designed for V-wheel roller bearing sizes 1-4, crafted from 1045 carbon steel or 400-series stainless steel. With precision-ground, induction-hardened surfaces, these rails deliver low-friction movement, durability, and stability, making them ideal for factory floors that require misalignment tolerance. An integrated alignment shoulder allows for quick and easy installation. Additionally, an optional black oxide finish enhances corrosion resistance. V-Guide v-wheels and v-rails provide high load capacities and effectively handle both radial and axial loads with low-friction operation. V-Wheels and bushings (fixed and adjustable) are sold separately.

Sold separately, matching V-Guide fixed and adjustable bushings, plus v-wheels made from 52100 bearing steel or 420 stainless steel, with sealing options like shielded bearings for light contamination, no-maintenance sealed bearings for dust and moisture protection, or stainless sealed bearings for corrosive environments. The bushings are constructed from 303 stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
