Available with an optional black oxide finish for added corrosion resistance, V-Guide v-wheels and v-rails provide high load capacities and low-friction operation, handling high radial and axial loads effectively.

Sold separately, matching V-Guide v-wheels are made from 52100 bearing steel or 420 stainless steel, with sealing options like shielded bearings for light contamination, no-maintenance sealed bearings for dust and moisture protection, or stainless sealed bearings for corrosive environments. These roller bearings have either adjustable bushings for fine-tuning preload and fit, or fixed bushings for stability in primary radial load directions, with bushings constructed from 303 stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
