Twin Roller Pillow Block Linear Bearing

Twin Linear Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks

Twin Linear Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks (TWN) feature two sets of 3 rollers, resembling two fused Single Roller Pillow Blocks (SPB) to create a larger bearing. In contrast, Double Pillow Blocks (DPB) have two sets of 3 rollers positioned side by side on a single-sized unit.

  • Twin TWN blocks, like the double DPB blocks, have two sets of 3 opposing rollers that double the load capacity of a Single Roller Bearing Pillow Block (SPB) which has just 1 set of 3 opposing rollers
  • Each set of roller bearings consists of 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller and a top support roller. The eccentric opposing roller in each set helps account for any small misalignment
  • Floating pillow blocks should be used for each opposing block when running on parallel shafts.
  • Replacement kits of the FUBK Series include just one set of 3 opposing roller bearings, so be sure to buy two FUBK replacement kits for this product and other double or twin roller bearing pillow blocks
  • You can choose options such as top grease lubrication ports and scrapers at each end
