Linear Slides - Tall Profile Uni-Guide™

Tall Profile Uni-Guide™ linear slides (UGT) are gliding surface linear guides with a 40mm tall rail profile for added rigidity, longer unsupported lengths, and stronger resistance to bending under load. The system uses a ceramic-coated aluminum rail and anodized aluminum carriage with self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® undercarriage liners, creating smooth, oil-free motion with no metal-to-metal contact. Through Gliding Surface Technology™, the carriage glides directly on the rail to reduce wear, dampen vibration, absorb shock loads, and operate with minimal maintenance in harsh conditions such as heat, dirt, heavy particulates, washdown exposure, and continuous vibration. The two-piece rail-and-carriage design simplifies installation and integration while helping maintain reliable alignment. Angled rail surfaces help reduce debris accumulation, and the absence of rolling elements eliminates the risk of ball bearings jamming, seizing, or catastrophically failing in contaminated environments. Interchangeable 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm carriages are available for different load and support requirements. The slides are available in off-the-shelf and custom rail lengths up to 3600mm (141.7 in), making them a durable, maintenance-free linear guide solution for automation, packaging, medical, laboratory, inspection, clean room and washdown applications.
