Miniature Linear Rail Guides - Mini-Rail®

Miniature linear rails made of ceramic-coated aluminum are the basis of the Mini-Rail linear guide line. They pair with anodized aluminum carriages enhanced by a self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner, creating a smooth gliding surface known as Gliding Surface Technology™ (GST). These guides require minimal maintenance and are designed for harsh and high-temperature environments. Rails and carriages are dimensionally interchangeable with industry-standard sizes and are stocked for quick delivery. Available in five rail widths—7, 9, 12, 15, and 20 mm—and rail lengths up to 3600 mm (141.7 in), these compact guides offer a small footprint while maintaining corrosion resistance. The absence of rolling elements reduces the risk of catastrophic failure and allows them to withstand vibration and shock effectively.
