Twin Linear Ball Bearing EPKC12G 12mm Square Flanged Center Mount

Double-sized square-flanged linear ball bearing, 12mm ID, center mount, with a long heat-treated alloy steel shell for higher load and moment capacity. The center flange provides balanced four-bolt mounting and improved resistance to moment loading, while the double-size design is equivalent to two standard bearings mounted back to back. Recirculating hardened steel balls, a low-friction design, and a resin retainer support smooth, quiet, high-speed travel. Linear ball bearings perform well in cantilevered applications without the same 2:1 binding limitation as plain bearings. Standard double seals are included. Best for cleaner, easy-to-access machinery where lubrication and maintenance are practical; plain bearings are better for dirty or difficult-to-reach locations when there is no cantilevered load.

  • ISO Metric ID Size
  • Temperature Range: -4/+176°F (-20/+80°C)
  • Center Flange Mount and Double Size handles moment loads better
  • Variant ID Sizes: From 1/4" to 2” Inch Series & 8mm to 50mm Metric Series
  • Static Load Capacities: Up to 1700 lb (7900 N)
  • Dynamic Load Capacities: Up to 850 lb (3800 N)
  • Interchangeable: Compatible with industry standards
  • Low Coefficient of Friction: Enhances speed
  • Double Seals: Included as standard at no additional cost
  • Use double sized flanged plain bearings in dirty, high particulate conditions
