Twin linear ball bearing pillow block, open-shelled, with two 1" Precision Plus® self-aligning bearings mounted back to back inside an aluminum alloy housing. The self-aligning design uses floating internal raceway elements that can shift slightly to accommodate minor shaft and housing misalignment while maintaining smooth rolling contact. The open-shell design allows use with rail-supported steel linear shafts and profiled linear rails, while two grease zerk fittings provide convenient lubrication access. Heat-treated alloy steel bearing components, recirculating hardened steel balls, and polymer resin retainers support smooth, low-friction motion with reduced operating noise. Double seals are delivered at no extra cost.
