Linear Ball Bearing Pillow Block IPPN16G 1.0″ Open
Linear ball bearing pillow block, open-shelled, with a 1" ID standard-size linear ball bearing mounted inside an aluminum alloy housing. The open design allows use with fully supported round shafts and support rails, providing greater system rigidity than an end-supported shaft arrangement. A heat-treated alloy steel bearing shell, recirculating precision steel balls, and a resin retainer polymer cage provide durable, low-friction motion with reduced operating noise. Linear ball bearings are well suited to cantilevered and overhanging-load applications because they can tolerate offset drive forces without the same 2:1 binding limitation that applies to plain linear bearings. Double seals are delivered at no extra cost.
