Twin Linear Ball Bearing - Round Flange JPF40GW 40mm JIS Metric

Linear ball bearing, round end flange, double sized, 40mm ID JIS metric, equipped with a long heat-treated alloy steel shell for durability, higher load capacity, and standard double seals for added protection. The double-sized design is equivalent to two standard linear ball bearings mounted back to back, while the round end flange allows flexible rotational positioning and avoids corner interference during installation. A low coefficient of friction supports smooth, high-speed motion, and the resin retainer polymer cage helps reduce operating noise. This enhanced-size linear ball bearing also excels in cantilevered applications because it can continue moving smoothly when the load extends beyond the bearing, while plain bearings may bind under the 2:1 ratio.

  • JIS Metric (Japanese Industrial Standards) for various machines made in Asia
