Compact linear slide actuator with a motorized lead screw drive, 6mm screw diameter, 2mm lead, and 510mm rail length. The low-profile 23mm height accommodates installations in confined spaces, while the NEMA 17 single-stack stepper motor rotates the lead screw to drive a carriage along an anodized aluminum linear rail to move and accurately position loads. A Constant Force Technology™ anti-backlash nut minimizes axial play and improves positioning repeatability. The carriage incorporates PBC Linear's Gliding Surface Technology (GST), using a self-lubricating FrelonGold® PTFE liner that slides along the rail without metal-to-metal contact, reducing friction, wear, and maintenance requirements. This plain bearing design provides reliable operation in environments exposed to temperature extremes, particulates, and vibration.
