Belt Driven Linear Actuator with Two Profile Rail Guides - MTE Series
Ways to Order
Belt-driven linear actuators of the MTE Series use two recirculating ball profile rail guides, with one external rail and one internal rail, to provide higher load capacity than MTB actuators while remaining more compact than the dual-external-guide MTS Series. The external rail can be configured on either the right or left side, giving designers added flexibility for mounting, load orientation, and machine layout. The MTE Series combines fast, long-travel belt-driven motion with increased carriage support for applications that need more rigidity than a single-guide actuator platform. A steel-reinforced belt drive with adjustable tensioning helps maintain consistent performance over extended travel lengths, while the lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum housing helps reduce friction, noise, and vibration. Available in 55 mm x 55 mm and 80 mm x 80 mm cross sections, MTE belt-driven linear actuators support horizontal loads up to 17,170 N (3,860 lb) and stroke lengths up to 6,700 mm (263.78 in). This makes them well suited for gantries, packaging machinery, material handling systems, pick-and-place automation, machine loading, and other applications requiring long stroke capability with added load support in a compact actuator design.
