Tall Uni-Guide sliding linear guide with a 2000mm-long, 40mm-tall hard-coat anodized aluminum rail and a 100mm carriage for moving and accurately positioning loads. The underside of the carriage is lined with self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® PTFE-based bearing material that glides directly along the rail's angled surfaces, providing smooth, quiet motion through Gliding Surface Technology (GST) without external lubrication, eliminating metal on metal contact. The plain bearing design dampens vibration, tolerates shock loads, and performs reliably in environments exposed to high temperatures, dirt, dust, and debris. The tall rail profile provides structural rigidity and load support, while angled rail surfaces help shed contaminants and simplify cleaning.
