Lead Screw Linear Actuator - LSR1605T-0400-RCF-232-NNN-N, External Round Anti-Backlash Nut, 16x5x400mm
External-nut lead screw linear actuator with a 16mm screw diameter, 5mm lead, and 400mm length, featuring a round anti-backlash nut to move and accurately position loads along a straight path. The NEMA 23 stepper motor (56mm frame size, 79mm motor length) rotates the PTFE-coated, precision-rolled 300 Series stainless steel lead screw, driving the separate, non-rotating, load-carrying nut along its threads. Position, speed, acceleration, direction, and travel can be programmed using a compatible external motion controller and motor drive. The round anti-backlash nut incorporates PBC Linear's Constant Force Technology™, using spring-loaded radial pressure to maintain thread engagement, reduce axial play, and compensate for wear, improving positioning repeatability. The design reduces backlash by 2–4 times compared with conventional nut designs.
