Lead Screw Linear Actuator LSR1205T-0500-RCF-172-NNN-N, External Round Anti-Backlash Nut, 12x5x500mm
External-nut lead screw linear actuator with a 12mm screw diameter, 5mm lead, and 500mm length, featuring a round anti-backlash nut to move and accurately position loads along a straight path. The programmable NEMA 17 double-stack stepper motor (42mm frame size, 48.3mm motor length) rotates the PTFE-coated, precision-rolled 300 Series stainless steel lead screw, driving the separate, non-rotating, load-carrying nut along its threads. Position, speed, acceleration, direction, and travel can be programmed using a compatible external motion controller and motor drive. The round anti-backlash nut incorporates PBC Linear's Constant Force Technology™, using spring-loaded radial pressure to maintain thread engagement, reduce axial play, and compensate for wear, improving positioning repeatability. The actuator delivers a lead accuracy of 0.003in/ft (76µm/300mm), up to three times better than typical industry specifications.
