Lead Screw Linear Actuator - LSR1010T-0300-NCF231-NNN-NNN, Non-Captive with Anti-Backlash Nut 10x10x300mm

Non-captive lead screw linear actuator with a 10mm screw diameter, 10mm lead, and 300mm length, featuring a non-rotating lead screw that passes completely through the motor assembly to move and accurately position loads. The programmable NEMA 23 stepper motor (47mm frame size, 45mm motor length) incorporates a rotating internal anti-backlash nut that converts motor rotation into linear motion, allowing either the motor assembly to travel along a stationary screw or the screw to move axially through a stationary motor. Position, speed, acceleration, direction, and travel can be programmed using a separately obtained compatible external motion controller and motor drive.

The precision-rolled 300 Series stainless steel lead screw features a PTFE coating to reduce friction and wear. The internal anti-backlash nut incorporates PBC Linear's Constant Force Technology™, using spring-loaded radial pressure to maintain thread engagement, reduce axial play, and compensate for wear, improving positioning repeatability. The actuator delivers a lead accuracy of 0.003in/ft (76µm/300mm), up to three times better than typical industry specifications.
