Double Plain Linear Bearing DFPMR30C 30mm ID Round Flange End, Compensated Clearance

Double plain linear bearing, round-end-flange w/ a 30mm compensated ID. This closed-shell bearing features an extended aluminum housing and a Simplicity® self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner bonded directly to the bore for oil-free, maintenance-free linear motion, with rotational or oscillating shaft motion possible in harsh environments such as extreme temperatures, dirt, contamination, washdowns, weld splatter, vibration, and shock loads, where ball bearings can fail because of lubricant loss, corrosion, debris ingress, or dented ball raceways. The round-end flange includes pre-positioned mounting holes for fastening directly to machinery, making these bonded-liner plain bearings especially valuable where replacement downtime is costly, disruptive, or impractical.

  • Extended closed aluminum housing
  • Round flanged end-mount
  • Compensated ID running clearance (0.0015" per side)
  • Self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner for harsh environments
  • Valuable in critical machinery where downtime exceeds bearing cost
  • Optional liners include corrosive chemical resistant Frelon®J or FDA compliant Frelon®W for food and drug handling machinery
  • Temperature Rating: -400°F/+400°F or -240°C/204°C
  • Operates in any orientation with linear, rotational & oscillating shaft motion
  • Static Load Capacities up to 166,000 lb (740 kN)
  • Maximum Speed: Up to 8 m/s (315 in/s)
  • Vibration Damping: Ensures smooth and quiet operation
  • Interchangeable with linear ball bearings and some bronze bushings
