Compact linear slide actuator with a 6x2x200mm lead screw drive (6mm screw diameter, 2mm lead, and 200mm rail length). Its low-profile 23mm height accommodates confined spaces, while a blank motor plate allows integration with a customer-supplied drive system. Rotation of the lead screw moves a carriage along an anodized aluminum rail to move and accurately position loads. A Constant Force Technology™ anti-backlash nut minimizes axial play for improved positioning repeatability. The carriage incorporates PBC Linear's Gliding Surface Technology (GST), featuring a self-lubricating FrelonGold® PTFE liner that eliminates metal-to-metal contact while reducing friction, wear, and maintenance. This plain bearing design operates reliably under temperature extremes, particulates, and vibration.
