Compact linear slide actuator with a 6x2x200mm lead screw drive (6mm screw diameter, 2mm lead, and 200mm rail length). Its compact design accommodates confined spaces, while a blank motor mount adapter plate allows integration with a customer-supplied motor. Rotation of the lead screw moves a carriage along a rigid profile rail to move and accurately position loads. The profile rail carriage uses recirculating ball bearings for smooth, low-friction motion and increased rigidity, including support for cantilevered loads. A round Constant Force Technology™ anti-backlash nut maintains consistent preload to minimize axial play and improve positioning repeatability.
