Linear slide guide with a 40mm-tall profile, 400mm-long hard-coat anodized aluminum rail, and 100mm carriage for moving and accurately positioning loads. The underside of the carriage is lined with self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® PTFE-based polymer material that glides along the rail's angled surfaces without metal-on-metal contact. This Gliding Surface Technology (GST) provides smooth, maintenance-free motion without extra lubrication. The rigid aluminum rail supports heavy loads and maintains alignment, while the plain bearing design dampens vibration, absorbs shock loads, and avoids catastrophic ball bearing failure. Its resistance to dirt, dust, and temperature extremes makes it suitable for industrial automation, cleanrooms, and washdown environments.
