Plain Linear Bearings - Square Flanged Simplicity®

Simplicity® square flanged plain linear bearings are single-sized, self-lubricating linear motion components with a FrelonGOLD® liner bonded directly to a square flanged aluminum alloy body, so the lined housing itself acts as the bearing surface rather than containing a separate bearing insert. The square flange provides stable bolt-down mounting at one end of the bearing, while the aluminum body delivers strong, lightweight support. The FrelonGOLD® liner provides smooth, low-friction travel without external lubrication and is well suited for harsh conditions such as extreme heat, dirt, vibration, contamination, washdown exposure, and high-downtime replacement applications. These bearings are available in metric and JIS sizes from 6mm to 80mm, with precision running clearance (0.0005" per side) and compensated running clearance (0.0015" per side) options to match shaft fit to application needs. Optional liner materials include corrosion-resistant Frelon® J for 300 series stainless steel shafting and FDA-compliant Frelon® W for food, packaging, medical, and washdown environments. Static loads are supported up to 284,000 N (63,900 lb).
