Plain Linear Bearing Guides with Two Rail Supported Shafts

Linear bearing slide assemblies featuring two rail-supported alloy steel shafts on which four Simplicity® plain linear bearing pillow blocks glide, supporting a flat-top carriage. The bearings are lined with self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® for maintenance-free performance in harsh conditions like extreme heat, dirt, and vibration. The shafts in this product line range from 0.5" to 2" and the rails they are mounted on are pre-drilled for easy mounting. Optional shaft materials include anodized aluminum, 440 stainless steel, chrome-plated 303 stainless steel. Optional liners include Frelon® J for corrosive environments and FDA-compliant Frelon® W.  High and low profile variants of the self-centering carriages enable precise, durable operation without external lubrication.
