Plain Linear Bearings in Double Square Flanged End Mount Housings

Two Simplicity™ plain linear bearings in a square flanged end-mount housing are inserted end to end to create an extended bonded internal bore surface for higher load capacity, greater stability, and support of linear, rotational, and oscillating motion on round shafting. The square flange at the end mounts directly to a machine plate, frame, or structure, while the two-bearing arrangement increases the supported bearing length without requiring separate housings.

The inserted bearings use self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liners bonded directly to the bearing ID for smooth, oil-free operation and low maintenance. With no recirculating balls or rolling elements, they perform well in dirty, hot, and high-vibration environments while helping damp vibration and maintain consistent motion. Optional Frelon® J is available for corrosive chemical environments, while FDA-compliant Frelon® W is available for food and pharmaceutical applications.
