Redi-Rail Linear Guides - Linear Rails with Raceways and Sliders

Linear Guides of the Redi-Rail Series feature carriages (sliders) equipped with sealed RC60 or stainless steel roller bearings that can be easily adjusted for pre-load. The sliders glide on precision aluminum linear rails with gothic arch raceways of hardened or stainless steel for lightweight, corrosion-resistant performance. Redi-Rail is ideal as an alternative for profile rail and great for high-speed, moderate-load automation tasks. Additional benefits include oil-impregnated wiper seals for self-lubrication and built-in wheel seals for protection in tough conditions. Available in both inch and metric sizes, with a patented side adjustment (metric only) for preload. Rails maintain parallelism within 0.050 mm and can extend up to 6,000 mm.
