Roller Bearing Pillow Block Rebuild Kits contain all components to restore a set of three opposing, self-aligning coated steel rollers, including 1 fixed side roller, 1 eccentric side roller, 1 top support roller, 1 top roller axle, and 1 set screw. These rollers feature a robust black oxide coating on 52100 chrome steel—providing corrosion resistance, reduced friction, improved wear protection, and a non-reflective finish—with integral seals to protect against contaminants in harsh environments; alternatives include chrome-plated or stainless steel. For double or twin roller block rebuilds, two kits are required. Inch sizes only, for shaft sizes from 1/2 inch to 3 inches.
