The rollers are made from 52100 chrome steel with a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance, wear protection, reduced friction, and a non-reflective finish, while integral seals help protect against contaminants in harsh environments. Chrome-plated and stainless steel roller options are also available. One kit rebuilds a single three-roller set; double and twin roller pillow blocks require two kits. Rebuild kits are available in inch sizes for shaft diameters from 1/2 in to 3 in.
