Motorized Lead Screw Assemblies with round nuts, designed to function as actuators, converting rotational motion into linear movement. They feature NEMA Series motors that deliver high torque, precision, and efficiency. Each frame size is available in five options: NEMA 08, 11, 14, 17, and 23, and there are 3 to 11 different standard combinations of lead screws and nuts. Available in both inch and metric sizes, these assemblies offer standard or anti-backlash nut options. Customization is possible with optional left and right end machining. The permanently fixed screws and motors ensure optimal alignment from the factory, resulting in cost savings and compact designs. The motorized assemblies deliver 30% more torque, feature larger bearings for increased thrust capacity, and include hollow shaft concentricity and preload on bearings to eliminate axial play.
