IVTAAB Linear Guide Rails provide a wider base rail option for the IVT family that can easily integrate a variety of drive options. Composed of a precision machined aluminum anodized rail with embedded hardened stainless steel races, the IVTAAB Linear Guide is lightweight without sacrificing strength.
The embedded stainless steel races also work to eliminate fasteners and reduce mounting components.
V-Rail Linear Guide System of the IVTAAB series featuring v-wheel rollers and a wider base rail option for easy integration with various drive types. Precision-machined anodized aluminum rail with hardened embedded 420 stainless steel raceways reduces mounting components by up to 50%. SIMO® machined rail surfaces achieve precision within .002". Optimized extrusion design provides a large-scale structural member for high load capacities. Accurate, repeatable, smooth, and quiet operation. Carriages equipped with sealed, lubricated-for-life v-wheel rollers. Carriage length: 225 mm (8.86 in). Continuous rail lengths up to 3,048 mm (120 in).
