Gothic Arch Track Rollers
Ways to Order
Gothic arch track roller bearings are precision cam-roller bearings with a concave Gothic arch profile ground into the outer rolling surface. This profile contacts the mating shaft or rail raceway at four points rather than two. This four-point contact geometry improves load distribution, running accuracy, self-alignment, and load capacity compared with flat or single-radius rollers. PBC Linear uses these rollers throughout its Cam Roller Technology (CRT) linear guide systems, including Redi-Rail® guides.
The sealed, self-contained bearings are available in hardened 52100 chrome bearing steel or corrosion-resistant 440C stainless steel across a range of bore and outer-diameter sizes. They can be used as original equipment, replacement parts, or bearing elements in custom track-roller guide assemblies.
