Gothic Arch track rollers are precision cam-roller bearings used throughout PBC Linear Cam Roller Technology (CRT) linear guide systems, including Redi-Rail® guides. Each roller's outer race is ground with a Gothic arch profile, a concave raceway that contacts its mating shaft or rail at four points instead of two. This gives the roller smooth, self-aligning rolling contact, higher running accuracy, and greater load capacity than flat or single-radius rollers.
Sealed and self-contained, these bearings are offered in hardened 52100 chrome bearing steel or corrosion resistant 440 stainless steel across a range of bore and outer-diameter sizes, for use as original equipment, replacement parts, or in custom track-roller guide assemblies.
