Double-Sized Die Set Plain Linear Bearings - Round Flanged Center

Double-sized die set plain linear bearings with a round center flange and a solid-steel housing built for heavy industrial applications that need extra bearing length, secure mounting, and high static load capacity. The center flange serves as the mounting feature, while the extended bearing format improves load distribution and rigidity compared with standard single-length versions. These steel bearings place a Simplicity® plain linear bearing inside the die set housing, providing self-lubricating Frelon® liner performance for maintenance-free motion, vibration damping, shock-load tolerance, and reliable operation in harsh environments. They perform across a temperature range of -400°F to +400°F (-240°C to 204°C). Available only in inch sizes with IDs from 1 in to 2 in, these center-flanged bearings support static loads up to 25,000 lb (111,000 N). Choose standard precision ID running clearance of 0.0005 in per side or compensated clearance of 0.0015 in per side, with straight OD or self-aligning spherical OD options available to help prevent binding in misaligned applications.
