Compact lead screw-driven linear actuator with a 6x2x200mm configuration (6mm screw diameter, 2mm lead, and 200mm rail length). An integrated NEMA 17 single-stack stepper motor rotates the lead screw to move and accurately position loads along an anodized aluminum linear rail. A Constant Force Technology™ anti-backlash nut minimizes axial play and improves positioning repeatability. The carriage incorporates PBC Linear's Gliding Surface Technology (GST), featuring a self-lubricating FrelonGold® PTFE liner that eliminates metal-to-metal contact while reducing friction, wear, and maintenance. This plain bearing design provides smooth, quiet operation with vibration damping and resistance to temperature extremes and particulates.
