Ball Screw and Motor Assemblies

Miniature ball screw assemblies consist of a small screw shaft and nut with helical grooves that guide ball bearings, enabling low-friction linear motion. Our assemblies feature lead sizes of 1, 2, and 2.5 mm and screw diameter sizes of 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm. The 1050 steel screw is precision rolled in the US for accuracy and consistency, ensuring smooth linear motion with flanged nut or cylindrical nut configurations. They require less than one-third the torque of lead screws, offering easier rotary-to-linear motion transfer, and are compatible with NEMA 08, 11, 14, 17, and 23 motor frame sizes.
