Ball Screws with Cylindrical Nuts

Cylindrical ball screw nuts enable a more compact design compared to flanged counterparts. We offer miniature ball screw assemblies with screw diameters of 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm, and lead sizes of 1mm, 2mm, and 2.5mm. The steel screws are precision-rolled for consistent lead accuracy. The cylindrical nuts feature a multi-liner ball return system, polymer wipers at each end to prevent debris ingress, and a preload option for enhanced rigidity and positional accuracy.
