This shaft is not tapped, which means it has no internally threaded hole at either end. Its unhardened optimized finish supports Simplicity® plain linear bearings with Frelon® J liners for chemical-resistant, non-food-contact applications or FDA-compliant Frelon® W liners where direct food contact is required.
