Assemblies are available in NEMA 08, 11, 14, 17, and 23 frame sizes and offer 3 to 11 standard lead screw and nut combinations. Screw lengths are available in inch and metric sizes. Standard and anti-backlash nut options are offered, with optional left- and right-end machining. The permanently fixed screw and motor provide precise factory alignment and a compact assembly. These actuators deliver up to 30% more torque, feature larger bearings for increased thrust capacity and extended service life, and utilize hollow-shaft concentricity to minimize runout. Preloaded bearings eliminate axial play.
