Ground Ball Screws – Offset Flange
Offset flange ground ball screws pair a precision-ground ball screw shaft with a ball nut whose mounting flange is offset from the nut body centerline. This offset geometry lets the flange line up with an existing mounting pattern or clear surrounding hardware, giving designers more flexibility when packaging the actuator into a tight assembly.
This collection is available in 6 mm and 8 mm screw diameters with longer leads of 6 mm and 8 mm, enabling higher travel speeds per revolution than the standard-lead flanged and square nut options. Dynamic load ratings range from 1,260 N to 2,200 N and static load ratings from 2,130 N to 3,800 N. Offset flange screws are currently offered in Grade 5 accuracy.
These ground ball screws are available in overall lengths ranging from 100 mm to 160 mm to fit a variety of travel requirements.
