The Hevi-Rail® system, featuring HVB-055/HVP1 bearings, HVR-1 steel linear rails, and flange plate assemblies, was proposed as a robust solution to withstand high torque loads and harsh, dirty environments. Paired with I-beams, the HVR-1 heavy-duty steel linear rails delivered exceptional rigidity across a seven-foot span, while the HVB-055/HVP1 Hevi-Rail® roller axial bearings stabilized the 16-inch cantilevered drill head carriage, enabling smooth raising and lowering post-drilling.
