Heavy-duty linear slide with two 24" parallel rail-supported 1/2" diameter shafts and a flat carriage plate riding on four sliding Simplicity® plain linear bearing pillow blocks. This linear guide assembly provides smooth, stable long-travel motion with excellent rigidity, vibration dampening, and shock resistance. Self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liners deliver oil-free, maintenance-free operation in dirt, contamination, washdown, temperature extremes, and vibration. Pre-drilled base rails and carriage mounting holes support straightforward installation into machinery, automation equipment, material handling systems, and packaging equipment. Optional upgrades include stainless steel shafts for use with Frelon®J liners in corrosive chemical environments or food-contact FDA-compliant Frelon®W liners.
