Pre-drilled linear shaft of 420 stainless steel, 2" diameter, 24" length, and made in the USA from Simplicity® RC 50 Plus hardened stainless steel. Rated Class L for the highest level of precision tolerance and standards compliance, the shaft has mounting holes spaced 8" apart, starting 4" from one end. Its optimized surface finish supports smooth travel with self-lubricating plain linear bearings and linear ball bearings. The shaft ends are not tapped, meaning they do not contain internal threads for mounting bolts or other threaded fasteners. Length tolerance is +/- 0.060", meaning the actual shaft may be up to 0.060" longer or shorter than specified.
